Linc has been involved with multiple teams of professionals such as Geologists, Cultural Heritage Officers, Archaeologists and Civil Works at varying degrees of roles and is considered adaptable whether it is leading or participating. He understands that there is a need for professionalism and integrity when working for the client and believes any potential situation for passing on his knowledge should be shared with his workmates.
